HULL KR will play Catalans Dragons while Warrington Wolves face Leigh Leopards in the Challenge Cup semi-finals.
The Robins beat city rivals Hull FC in the quarter-finals to reach the last-four stage for a fourth year running.
Catalans are in the semi-finals for the first time since winning the competition in 2018, after defeating financially-stricken Salford Red Devils in France.
Leigh saw off 1895 Cup holders Wakefield Trinity as they bid to reach Wembley for the second time in three seasons.
And last year’s runners-up Warrington, nine-time winners of the competition, beat St Helens in the last eight.
Neither tie has ever previously been contested in a Challenge Cup semi-final.
The games will be played on the weekend of May 10-11 at neutral venues, ahead of a Wembley final on June 7.
The 1895 Cup quarter-finals also took place over the weekend, although the draw for the semis – set for the weekend of May 17-18 – won’t take place until next Sunday (April 13).
Bradford Bulls, Featherstone Rovers, Oldham and York Knights progressed with home wins over Sheffield Eagles, London Broncos, Barrow Raiders and Widnes Vikings respectively.
